At VLONE, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the exclusivity and integrity of our streetwear. Items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the authorization process.

  Quality Verification

  Upload high-resolution photos of the garment, including the inner neck labels and holographic authenticity tags, for preliminary review.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, place the item in its original VLONE dust bag and packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Shipping & Processing

  Send the package using a tracked shipping method; your store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days after our warehouse confirms the item's condition.
